# HIFP — Pre-Pitch Verification Runbook v0.1

**Purpose.** For every NEEDS-VERIFICATION or STALE-CORRECT claim in [[HIFP-source-log]], name the specific URL / command / person / query needed to verify it — so the pre-pitch verification pass is a checklist, not a research project.

## How to use this doc

1. Work through §§1–8 in order.
2. For each item: hit the URL or run the command; record what you found; update the [[HIFP-source-log]] status from NEEDS-VERIFICATION → VERIFIED (+ initials + date + URL).
3. If a claim is falsified, flag it in Source Log and open a follow-up: either fix the claim in the artifacts or drop it.
4. Complete before any external distribution of the deck / infographic / Q&A / POV.

## §1 · Regulatory citations (verify with counsel or public records)
